Return and refund policy

If the service is canceled by our company, the amount paid by the customer can be returned, but if the cancellation is by the customer, the amount cannot be returned. If there is a signed contract between the two parties, then what was mentioned in the contract regarding the return policy is adopted, the contract is the law of contracting parties and Muslims are according to their conditions. Our refund policy is also subject to the laws of the Ministry of Commerce and the consumer protection laws of the Sultanate of Oman, as well as all of our dealings.

We will return the amount to your account within a period not exceeding 30 days, using official means of money transfer or in cash with the signing of a receipt.

Return Conditions:

For a service to be eligible for return, please ensure the following:

• The cancellation must be made by the company or there must be a contract signed by both parties stating the condition of recovery and it must have been fulfilled.

• If 3 months or more have not passed since purchasing the service.

• If you are eligible for a return and your transfer has not yet reached our account, you must wait until the transfer arrives and then count 30 days until the amount is transferred back to you.

• The return will be via bank transfer, and the return will be considered completed as soon as the amount leaves our company’s account, the receipt or transfer notice is sent to you, and the amount is deducted from our account.

• If the amount is returned to our account by one of the banks, whether the sender, receiver, or broker, due to an error in the transfer or something similar, we will transfer the amount back to you.

Returns cannot be made in the following cases:

• Failure to respond or reply to the communication method that was used for a period of 3 months, and the service is considered void.

• The transfer did not reach our official account. Not only is the receipt sufficient to prove the transfer, but a notification must also arrive from our bank stating that the transferred amount has been entered by the client.

• There is an error in the transfer, which leads to it being blocked or not arriving.

• We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Cost of reconversion and initial conversion

• You are responsible for the cost of transferring to us, and in the event of a return, the cost of transfer will be on you

• We cannot bear responsibility for blocked transfers, whether caused by the sender, the sending bank, or the intermediary bank.

Gifts:

If the service is marked as a gift or free of charge, you are not entitled to claim compensation if it is not fulfilled

Expected time for completion of services

The expected completion time for the company establishment service is 10-15 working days, and it may extend longer due to some circumstances beyond our control. However, if the third party, such as government agencies, refuses or delays, we do not bear responsibility.

As for the service of selling ready-made projects or real estate investment, reference is made to the contract signed by the client and the company.

We are not responsible for the delay in completing the service if the customer caused it through an intentional or unintentional error or due to his failure to respond or respond, or if it was caused by any third party such as banks or government agencies.
